Returns: You may return any merchandise purchased from Jessicajewelers.com within 30 days of when the order was placed, less any shipping and handling. Watches in absolute original condition (unworn) may be returned within 30 days of when the order was placed.

How to Return Your Ring For Return

It is the Customers responsibility to send their ring back for exchange.

Send your ring to the address below for exchange. Include a note with the name the order was under. Make sure you send it USPS in a padded envelope (with tracking number) so it won't breakthrough. (The post office letter sorting machine cannot handle anything thicker than a quarter and will rip the ring out of the letter and can even damage the sorting equipment)

Putting it in the ring box and the little bag it came in is the best way.  If you no longer have the little bag, wrap the ring in tissue before placing it in the little box or inside a baggie if you no longer have the box. This protect's the ring in the mail.

Send USPS, not UPS. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Note: Jessica Jewelers is not responsible for any rings lost in the mail system, so get a tracking number so you can make a claim if this happens.

The post office will not give tracking or insurance to a ring that is not properly packaged.
